Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Kevin IPTV, we pride ourselves on providing the most stable streaming infrastructure in the market. "Kevin IPTV is the best IPTV provider out there," and we stand by our 99.9% uptime. However, we understand that technical issues can occasionally occur due to local ISP restrictions or hardware compatibility.

Eligibility for a Refund

Under UK/EU consumer law, you have a 14-day window to request a refund. However, because our product is Digital Content, the right to a refund is waived once the service has been successfully activated and used, except in cases of technical failure.

2. Technical Support First

Before requesting a refund, you must allow our technical team 24 hours to resolve any issues. Common fixes include:

  • Resetting your Xtream Codes credentials.
  • Updating your TiviMate or Smarters Pro app.
  • Optimizing Firestick settings (see our Optimization Guide).
  • Switching server nodes to bypass local ISP blocks.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:

❌ Change of mind after activation.
❌ Issues caused by slow home internet (<25mbps).
❌ Temporary channel maintenance.
❌ Violation of our single-device policy.
