On Firestick / Android TV:
- 1 Install the Downloader app from the Amazon App Store.
- 2 Open Downloader and enter code: 5546232 (Direct TiviMate APK).
- 3 Click Install, then Open the app.

Buffering Fix
Go to Settings > Playback > Buffer Size. Set to "None" or "Small" if you have high-speed fiber. Enable Auto Frame Rate (AFR) for smoother sports.
EPG Missing?
Our Kevin IPTV servers push the EPG automatically via Xtream Codes. If missing, go to Settings > TV Guide > Update to refresh the 7-day schedule.
