Kevin IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

1. Service Nature & Disclaimer

Kevin IPTV operates as a technical service provider. We do not host, store, or upload any video files, movies, or live streams on our servers. Our service provides access to a management portal and technical credentials (Xtream Codes/M3U) that allow users to access content hosted elsewhere on the internet.

Because we do not control the content of the streams, we cannot remove content from the source. However, we can disable access to specific portal links upon receipt of a valid infringement notice.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner and believe that content available via our service infringes your rights, please provide a written notice containing the following:

• A physical or digital signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Kevin IPTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or accounts who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
